Refund & Cancellation Policy of KARM MERA SEWA SAHYOG EKTA MANCH (KMSSEM)

1. Donation Refunds

KARM MERA SEWA SAHYOG EKTA MANCH (KMSSEM) appreciates all donations as vital support for our charitable initiatives. Given the nature of our work, donations are typically non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Eligibility for Refund:
  • Duplicate Donations: Accidental multiple charges for the same donation.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods.
  • Technical Errors: Failures in payment processing (e.g., bank/PePhone errors).
• Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction date.
• Process:
  1. Email a refund request to kmssunity@gmail.com with:
     • Transaction ID (from receipt).
     • Proof of error (screenshot/bank statement).
  2. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval.
  3. Refunds will be processed back to the source

2. Program/Event Cancellations

For paid programs, workshops, or events organized by KMSSEM :

• Participant Cancellation:
  • Full Refund: Cancellation 7+ days before the event.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation 3–6 days before the event.
  • No Refund: Cancellation <48 hours before the event.
• NGO-Initiated Cancellation: Full refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.
• Process: Notify us via kmssunity@gmail.com with your registration details.

3. Merchandise/Product Returns

For physical goods (e.g., NGO-branded merchandise):

• Timeframe: Return requests accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• Conditions:
  • Unused/unopened items in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase required.
• Refund Method: Original payment mode (processed within 10 working days).

• Bank Charges: Transaction fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
